- DB Decline
- 3 sets x 12 reps
- Cable Incline Flye
- 3 sets x 15 reps
- 50's
- 2 rounds
- Perform 50 reps of bench press with light weight. You can rest the bar on your chest if necessary, but no reracking until complete.
