Chest
  • Deficit Push-up
    • 3 sets x 15 reps
  • Bench
    • 5 sets: 10, 8, 6, 4, 2 reps
  • DB Decline 
    • 3 sets x 12 reps
  • Cable Incline Flye
    • 3 sets x 15 reps
  • 50's
    • 2 rounds
      • Perform 50 reps of bench press with light weight. You can rest the bar on your chest if necessary, but no reracking until complete.
